1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Love at Once ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Love at Once is a platform that allows you to:

  • Create personalized Love Pages with interactive templates for occasions like Valentine's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals
  • Create Wedding Websites with RSVP management, event details, photo galleries, and registry links
  • Share your pages via custom subdomains (yourname.loveatonce.com)
  • Track page views and manage responses

3. Account Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating pages and managing your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload (text, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Love at Once a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use and share any content you upload, including photos.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Content Policy without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, or bullies others
  • Contains hate speech or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is spam or deceptive

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Love Page Plans

  • 30 Days - $9.99 - Page active for 30 days from activation
  • 1 Year - $19.99 - Page active for 1 year with edit capability
  • Lifetime - $49.99 - Page never expires

Wedding Website Plans

  • Essential - $49 - Active until 1 year after wedding date
  • Premium - $99 - Active until 2 years after wedding date
  • Ultimate - $149 - Lifetime access

Billing

Payment is due at time of purchase. All sales are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an email receipt for all purchases.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with your page and it has not been viewed by anyone other than you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@loveatonce.com.

7. Page Lifecycle

Activation

Your page becomes active immediately upon successful payment. The subdomain you selected becomes live and accessible.

Expiration

When your subscription period ends, your page enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, the page displays an expired notice but your content is preserved.

Grace Period

You can renew your page at any time during the 30-day grace period to restore full functionality.

Deletion

If you do not renew within the grace period, your page and all associated content (including photos) will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Love at Once, our logo, templates, designs, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Template License

When you purchase a plan, you receive a license to use our templates for your personal page. This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVE AT ONCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact support@loveatonce.com to request account deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or our Content Policy. In cases of severe violations (harassment, illegal content), we may terminate immediately without notice or refund.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your existing pages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
