Love at Once is a platform for sharing love, celebrating relationships, and marking life's special moments. To keep our community safe and positive, we have guidelines for what content is allowed.

Love at Once is designed for creating beautiful, positive content that celebrates love and connection. Our templates and features are built to help you share meaningful moments with the people you care about.

Allowed Content

We encourage content that:

  • Expresses love, appreciation, and positive sentiments
  • Celebrates relationships, weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions
  • Shares personal photos and memories with consent of those pictured
  • Provides wedding event information for guests
  • Creates fun, playful experiences (like our interactive templates)

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in removal and possible account suspension:

Harassment and Threats

  • Content that harasses, bullies, or intimidates any person
  • Threats of violence or harm
  • Stalking or unwanted contact
  • Content created without the recipient's consent to harass them
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent

Hate Speech

  • Content that promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Slurs, derogatory language, or discriminatory imagery
  • Support for hate groups or extremist ideologies

Adult and Explicit Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Nudity (except in artistic, non-sexual contexts like breastfeeding or classical art)
  • Sexual solicitation

Illegal Activities

  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
  • Drug sales or promotion of illegal substances
  • Fraud or scam attempts
  • Child exploitation (we report to authorities immediately)

Spam and Misleading Content

  • Commercial spam or unwanted advertising
  • Phishing or attempts to deceive users
  • Fake pages created to mislead visitors
  • Automated or bot-generated content

Impersonation

  • Pretending to be another person or entity
  • Creating pages that falsely represent relationships
  • Using someone else's identity without permission

Copyright Infringement

  • Using copyrighted photos, music, or content without permission
  • Reproducing content from other websites without authorization

Malware and Harmful Code

  • Uploading files containing viruses or malware
  • Attempting to inject harmful scripts into pages
  • Links to malicious websites

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately. You can report a page by visiting:

loveatonce.com/report/[page-slug]

Replace [page-slug] with the name of the page you want to report. You can also email reports to report@loveatonce.com.

What Happens When You Report

  1. We review all reports within 24-48 hours
  2. If a violation is confirmed, we take appropriate action
  3. Reporters remain anonymous to the page creator

Enforcement Actions

When we find content that violates this policy, we may take the following actions:

Warning

For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and ask you to modify the content.

Content Removal

We will remove content that clearly violates this policy. You will be notified and may be able to edit and republish compliant content.

Page Suspension

For serious violations, we may suspend your page immediately. The page will display a "removed for policy violation" notice.

Account Suspension

Repeated violations or severe offenses (harassment, illegal content) will result in account suspension. You will lose access to all pages and cannot create new accounts.

Legal Action

For illegal content, we may report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@loveatonce.com within 14 days of the action. Include:

  • Your email address
  • The page slug that was affected
  • Why you believe the action was incorrect

We will review appeals within 7 business days.

Best Practices

To ensure your page stays up and provides a great experience:

  • Get consent - Make sure anyone pictured in photos has agreed to appear on your page
  • Use your own photos - Only upload photos you took or have permission to use
  • Be respectful - Even playful content should be kind-hearted
  • Check before sharing - Make sure the recipient will welcome your page

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy as our service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
